The GH-1 is a doubled loop of two-ply nylon that laces any platform pedal in under a minute and never thinks about it again. No plastic. No rivets that walk. Nothing to loosen at 130 rpm.

Gearhold started as a repair bench inside a Chattanooga bike co-op, restitching straps that kept failing riders. We moved one town south, bought Ruth, our 1978 bar-tack machine, and started sewing our own.
