01Terms of sale and site useThese are the terms you buy under and the terms you use this site under. They cover ordering by email or phone, wholesale quotes and volume tiers, payment, delivery, the guarantee, the limits on what we owe you if something goes wrong, and where a dispute would be heard.Read it

02Shipping & returnsHow and when your order leaves the bench, what shipping costs, and how to send something back. Stock straps go out within 24 hours Tuesday through Saturday, anything unshipped can be cancelled, unused straps swap for 30 days, and EU and UK buyers get 14 days to change their mind.Read it

03The hold guaranteeA written limited warranty on hand-sewn Gearhold straps. If a strap stops holding in normal riding we restitch it or replace it, for as long as the strap exists, for whoever owns it, with no receipt and no time limit.
