01Terms of sale and site useThese are the terms you buy under and the terms you use this site under. They cover ordering by email or phone, wholesale quotes and volume tiers, payment, delivery, the guarantee, the limits on what we owe you if something goes wrong, and where a dispute would be heard.Read it02Shipping & returnsHow and when your order leaves the bench, what shipping costs, and how to send something back. Stock straps go out within 24 hours Tuesday through Saturday, anything unshipped can be cancelled, unused straps swap for 30 days, and EU and UK buyers get 14 days to change their mind.Read it03The hold guaranteeA written limited warranty on hand-sewn Gearhold straps. If a strap stops holding in normal riding we restitch it or replace it, for as long as the strap exists, for whoever owns it, with no receipt and no time limit. Here is exactly what that covers and what it does not.Read it04Safety & fitFoot retention changes how a bicycle behaves and how fast you can get a foot down. This page covers what a strap does and does not do, how to fit one, how to practice getting out, what to inspect, and when to retire it.Read it05Privacy policyAlmost everything we know about you, you told us in an email or on the phone. The website itself still collects nothing for us — a consent manager remembers your cookie choice, and an optional chat widget loads only if you ask for it. This policy covers the little we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to get it back or get it deleted.Read it06Cookies & trackingOur own code still sets no cookies and runs no analytics, but two outside tools now appear in your browser: a consent manager that remembers the choice you make in its banner, and a live-chat widget that stays blocked until you opt in. This page is the full inventory, what each one stores, and how to change your mind.Read it07Your dataWe hold very little about you, the website itself holds nothing beyond the cookie choice you set yourself and a chat you have to switch on, and any request you make here is answered by a person rather than a portal. This page is how you ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion — and it is where the Do Not Sell or Share link lands.Read it08Trust & securityThis website is a set of static pages that stores nothing about you beyond the consent choice you make in its banner — plus an optional chat widget that loads only if you switch it on. The business behind it keeps a small amount of ordinary order data in ordinary tools. This page sets out what we protect and how, who else ever touches it, and — just as plainly — what we do not have.Read it09Accessibility statementWe aim at WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we are not there yet. This page lists what already works, names the parts that fail and by how much, and gives you a phone number and an email address that reach a person who can do anything the website does.Read it
Honesty note

These are working documents drafted at the bench, not by a lawyer. They describe what we actually do, they are written to be read rather than to be survived, and they are not legal advice. Have your own counsel read them before you rely on them.
